By uploading a photo to us voluntarily, you confirm and/or agree to the following: You confirm that you are the sole owner of the photograph or have obtained all necessary rights and consents, including from any identifiable individuals appearing in the photograph. You grant Menudo 50 LLC (and its designees) the non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, commercially exploit, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and make derivative works from the submitted photograph in any medium or format, social media and any streaming or broadcast platforms, printed or digital marketing materials, and/or public display at live events including but not limited to concert venues, video montages, and large-screen presentations before a live audience. You agree that no monetary or other compensation or credit will be provided in connection with any use of your submitted photograph. Submission of a photograph constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
