Nose: Sweet with a little shortbread and strawberry, some Demerara notes, crispy brandy snaps and cream with a little warming spice. Palate: A mix of chocolate and honey, sweet spices with hints of plumbs and grapes, lingering hints of soft ginger and almond, rich late summer fruits and honey.
